Burns in the eyes
Overall, I would say it would be good as a sunscreen with evening effect, I have tried to use it in rounds, but it burns in my eyes. The first time I used it like I do with my regular sunscreen product, but no. It started burning like crazy in my eyes, I had also gotten a new mascara at the same time, so I thought it was that. It took a while before I realized, then I have used it on home days in the sun but avoided the eyes, a few centimeters away... but still! After a while, it feels like it kind of "climbs" and it starts to burn and I have to wash it off. Otherwise, it has a nice color, smells fresh, and gives shine. However, a bit too much shine, so nothing I with sensitive/oily skin and slightly large pores think suits my skin. Unfortunately, it enhances the effect. I will return to my favorite colorscience. ...I really wanted to like this, but it doesn't suit me.Translated from swedish

New standard product in the cabinet!
I wanted to swap expensive medical grade products for something more wallet-friendly and got hooked on Medik8. I love how this tingles a bit on my face, it really feels like something is happening. I have a pretty deep frown line on my forehead that has become much less deep, I definitely think it's the ferulic acid that has fixed it! I don't know if I've noticed much with brightening effect on pigmentation, but I will continue to use it as just the feeling it leaves on my face is addictive! I can add that I have sensitive skin that easily gets red, I get a little red first upon application, but it settles down, and I experience that it is more effect than "irritation".Translated from swedish

Works...
I bought this since Niactil 4% was supposed to be discontinued and replaced. I now see that Niactil has made a comeback and I definitely understand why. This one is not in the same league but works well as a backup when other products run out. No wow factor though like the experience with Niactil. Moisturizes nicely, but you get very shiny in the face, you can kind of see the boundary on the forehead where this is applied and your normal skin. I like glow but not shine. Won't buy again.Translated from swedish

No not this time... unfortunately Elixir
Loved their Niactil 4%, so the eye cream from Elixir must be amazing, right? Noope... couldn't get along with this, tried to get used to it and tested in rounds but it was just drying and ineffective... boring consistency and feel of the cream too. I've tried so many different ones in various price ranges, expected more from Elixir. No, I will never buy this again.Translated from swedish

Pretty okay budget product!
I have very reactive and sensitive skin that easily turns red, couldn't tolerate their hyaluronic acid, turned red and it didn't go away. However, this one worked fine and I feel like my skin absorbs it and I appreciate the product. However, it rolls if you swipe your finger over it, but I think that was in combination with the hyaluronic acid. I've also used a smaller amount, haven't had time to test it much under makeup yet.Translated from swedish

Njaa…
I tried a starter kit with The Ordinary since many products have received good ratings. I have very reactive and sensitive skin that easily turns red. Their Niacinamide serum was really nice for the price. However, this Hyaluronic Acid serum seemed not to agree with my skin. It turns red immediately and doesn't absorb.Translated from swedish
