I am really positively surprised by Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water-in-Oil All-in-1! It is super easy to use and removes makeup very effectively – even waterproof mascara. I especially like that you don’t have to rub hard on the skin, as the makeup dissolves quickly. It also feels more nourishing than many regular micellar waters, and my skin feels clean and soft afterwards without feeling tight. I also like that it can be used on the face, eyes, and lips.
