    Mask WITHOUT proteins

Looking for a mask that only provides moisture. I've been using protein masks for a while now and my hair is not doing well at all.. I've been using Lanza - Healing Moisture Moi Moi Hair Masque for several years and it worked fine, but it's sold out now. Recently, I've been using Resistance Masque Force Architect Hair Mask and before that K-PAK HYDRATOR INTENSE TREATMENT, but apparently these contain proteins and now my hair is not doing well. I was recommended a mask from Joico that only contains moisture and doesn't weigh down the hair, which is great, but the product's reviews are not so good, so which product is similar to Lanza - Healing Moisture Moi Moi? Grateful for help 🙏🏻

    Build-up?

Hi! I have curly, blonde hair with many highlights. My hair is dry, has many strands but they are thin/fine, so it gets easily weighed down. I think my hair needs both moisture and protein, but I'm not entirely sure about the balance. My hairdresser says I should have proteins since I bleach the roots, but at the same time I should also have moisture? But it's hard to find something that gives both and WITHOUT getting too much protein/moisture over time, which apparently isn't good for the hair either.. but at the same time, hairdressers say that bleached hair always needs this.. I have tried this mask, but found it very perfumed and "unnatural" in feeling – even if it might actually work well. What would you say? - Does it weigh the hair down? - Can it cause build-up on the hair over time? I have also tried Joico K-Pak Intense Hydrator (unsure about the spelling), but I'm not really sure what it does to my hair. I think it might have weighed it down – but I don't know if it's a product that works better over time? And that maybe I should continue using it. My favorite is Lanza Healing Moisture Moi Moi Mask, which unfortunately has been sold out for a long time at your store. It makes the hair soft and hydrated without feeling heavy, and I would love to find something similar. I also use a leave-in from Redken (the white tube) that contains, among other things, heat protection. Can such a product also weigh the hair down? On a daily basis, I switch between different shampoos and conditioners – including the Kerastase Blond Absolu series (not silver shampoo), Kevin Murphy Plumping series, Kerastase Bain (spelling?). I have sometimes used the Joico mask together with Kerastase shampoo (the blonde series, I would say) and conditioner, but I wonder if that might be too much for the hair? At the first wash, or right after washing, that combination is incredibly good, but just the next day, the hair becomes thinner, flatter, and generally dull. I would really appreciate help finding a good mask that: - Hydrates without weighing down - Possibly strengthens the hair (without build-up) - Works for blonde, curly, and fine hair I have bought an incredible amount from you/received recommendations, but unfortunately nothing has helped, and I have still shopped for several years, so now I'm giving this one last chance.🙏🏻

Hi Jasmin! 👋🏼 Just like you said, since you have curly hair but also bleach it, your hair needs a lot of moisture and strengthening products like proteins 🤗 The optimal balance is achieved in a complete hair care routine, so it's good to use shampoo, conditioner, hair mask, and a leave-in product - This way, you can also mix different lines to achieve the best result 😊 🤍I personally love Björk's moisture mask, it hydrates my hair, leaves no residue, and doesn't weigh it down. 🤍Joico K-pak Hydrator Intense Treatment provides both moisture and strength. It is somewhat heavier in consistency, so it is probably the one that has weighed your hair down. 🤍Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Leave In Treatment I don't find to be a heavy product, but the amount does matter, so take a small amount and then you can add a little more to dry hair. 🤍Kérastase Blond Absolu has a nice balance of moisture and repairing properties, so it can't be too much for the hair. I think it's Joico K-pak that has caused the heavy feeling 🤔 To help you more easily put together a tailored hair care routine, I recommend you take our Hair Test 🥰 lyko.com/sv/beauty-scan Have a great day 🌻
