Lightness Level
What lightness level does “Vanilla” have? For example, “Gold” has 10. Is the cool tone in vanilla ashy or violet? As I understand it, vanilla is both warm and cool, is that correct?1 product in post Lightness Level202 views- The user's roll: Hairdresser at Lyko. The comment was made 6 daysHi Jacqueline! 👋🏼😊 Vanilla in Grazette Add Some Re-Boost Vanilla is a neutral to slightly warm shade that works best at lightness levels 8–10 🤗 It is neither ashy nor violet, but gives a soft, natural tone that balances warm highlights without becoming cold or golden. Have a nice day ☀️1 likes

Question
Is this a similar formula to dream coat from color wow? Do they have the same function/similar effect?1 product in post Question1233 views- The user's roll: Hairdresser at Lyko. The comment was made 1 weekHey Jacqueline! 👋🏼😊 Maria Nila Gloss Coat and Color Wow Dream Coat both provide shine and help tame frizz, but they work a bit differently: ✨ Gloss Coat is a finishing product that makes hair shiny, soft, and manageable. It sits on the surface and controls small frizzy hair strands, perfect as the last step in your hair care routine. ✨ Dream Coat works more as a moisture- and weather-protecting treatment ☔ It encapsulates each hair strand and creates a barrier against moisture in the air, keeping frizz away longer, especially in humid weather. So even though both provide shine and frizz control, Gloss Coat is more for softness and finish, while Dream Coat offers extra protection against moisture and weather 💁🏼♀️ Have a nice day 💌2 likes

Color
Hi! I want color 07 but it’s not possible to sort by color in the “roller blind”, it can only be sorted by volume (it says 11ml on all options). Can you post the link to 07 so I can order it? Thanks in advance!1 product in post Color32 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. Question
Hi! I have small milia under my eyes (very close to the lower lash line). I also have sensitive eyes and often get a stinging sensation in my eyes as well as watery eyes if I accidentally apply eye cream too close to the eye (or if I use lash serum or eye patches. I've tried everything but nothing works for me). Because of this, I have been careless with eye cream for many years, and my skin therapist says that it could be the carelessness with/lack of eye cream that may have given me milia. She also says that my regular cream (which I apply quite high up, like an eye cream approximately) is too heavy and could be the cause of the milia. Could that be true? Could this eye cream be something for me? I am soon 32 years old and use niacinamide and retinoate in the evening as well as a peptide cream or C-vitamin cream during the day. If you have any other eye cream, lash serum, or eye patches in mind that could suit me, please feel free to give some tips. Thanks in advance!1 product in post Question230 views- The user's roll: Farmaceut på Lyko. The comment was made 2 monthsThank you and how wonderful that you feel my answer could be helpful😊 I understand, what a shame that you couldn't tolerate the lash serum! Here is a milder alternative if you want to check out something else: lyko.com/sv/lumene/lumene-overnight-care-lash---eyebrow-serum-5ml?fromsearch=lumene 2Bfrans 2Bserum CeraVe is definitely worth trying, it is thinner than Maria Åkerberg's which contains several oils and shea butter, so it is definitely a nice alternative for you to test!

Question
I usually use Clinique take the day off cleansing balm, which my skin loves, but I would like to test this one. Are they the same? I don't use any other cleanser after Clinique. I don't think it leaves any oil on the skin after rinsing it off. Do I need to follow up with another cleanser after this?1 product in post Question129 views- The user's roll: Farmaceut på Lyko. The comment was made 2 monthsHi Jacqueline 😊 Yes, according to the information I can find, these are similar. Banila Co works roughly like Clinique – it removes makeup/SPF and rinses off without leaving an oily residue. You don’t need to follow up with a second cleanser unless you want to, and your skin feels clean, but you can do it if you want an extra fresh feeling. Hope the answer can be helpful and that you have a lovely day💫1 likes

Question
What is the difference between this and the cream in the same series?1 product in post Question174 views- The user's roll: Farmaceut på Lyko. The comment was made 4 monthsHi Jacqueline 😊 Thank you for your question✨ The difference is that the serum is a concentrated, active anti-aging serum that works against lines, wrinkles, and skin firmness, while the cream primarily moisturizes and cares for the skin. The serum is used first for treatment, and the cream afterwards to lock in moisture and protect the skin. Together, they provide a complete anti-aging routine. I hope the answer can be helpful and that you have a lovely day❄️1 likes

Does this contain zinc?
Hi! I've been using the niacinamide serum from The Ordinary for several years and it works fine for me, but I'm eager to try this one. Does this also contain zinc? Is there a big difference between these serums? Thanks in advance! :)1 product in post Does this contain zinc?2959 views- The user's roll: Farmaceut på Lyko. The comment was made 4 monthsHi Jacqueline😊 Thank you for your question✨ This contains niacinamide but not zinc, unlike The Ordinary's serum. The formula is also a bit different – it combines niacinamide with propolis, which soothes and gives glow, so it feels more moisturizing and soft than The Ordinary's more active version. Perfect if you want glow and extra moisture! Hope the answer can be helpful and that you have a lovely day🍂3 likes
