An expensive loud subscription that falls apart

I bought the toothbrush because it has a very low noise level and only needs to be charged once a year (at least for the first year, then maybe 2 times/year). Expensive but nice with eco-friendly material etc. I thought. Official recommendations are to change your brush every 3 months, but most probably change it less often, like when it starts to look worn out. The problem with this product is that instead of starting to look worn out like regular brush heads, it starts losing bristles that end up in your mouth or throat. The manufacturer claims you "only" need to change it every 6 months, but if bristles come loose, you should change it immediately. And they start coming loose after 2-3 months, but I haven't changed it immediately because they cost 355 damn bucks! Which in a year would be about the same amount I paid for the whole toothbrush. Additionally, the replacement heads don't fit tightly, which makes it much louder than the original head. So besides having to buy expensive new heads 100 times a year, they come in a large unnecessary plastic packaging which doesn't feel very eco-friendly. Greenwashing, I say.

Hey Ami 👋 Thank you for taking the time to share your experience ✨❤️ It was really sad to hear that the toothbrush didn't live up to your expectations, especially considering both the price and the environmental aspects that were important to you at the time of purchase. That bristles fall out after such a short time is certainly not desirable, and I understand the frustration regarding the cost of replacement heads. When it comes to the noise level, it can sometimes help to ensure that the brush head is an original and is seated correctly – feel free to take it off, clean both the attachment on the handle and the inside of the head, and put it back on with a firm pressure. A small gap can unfortunately make a big difference in the noise level. We really appreciate you sharing both positive and negative feedback. I hope you still find a toothbrush that suits you better moving forward 🥰

Smells bad, hair doesn't feel clean afterwards

I have used Celeb Viral color shampoo (pink) for several years, but after Lyko stopped selling it, I tried this instead and was pretty disappointed. I think it smells bad and isn't concentrated, so you have to use a lot. I rarely use conditioner and that's not a problem, but after this product, my hair was actually tangled. Maybe it works better if you use conditioner afterwards.
