Toned down the hair
I have light bleached hair, I left the product in for five minutes as instructed, but it turned gray for me, it didn’t remove the yellow tones, the whole hair became gray/blueish. What I think is that you have to be careful how long you leave the product in; when I left it in for just a minute or so, the result was better. Then the hair didn’t get darker and got more of a “fresh” blonde shade. Another plus is that the hair became very soft and shiny, and somehow felt stronger. What worked best was shampooing, then the product, and then conditioner! So I give the product three stars because I figured out a good way that worked for me to use it!
