    Veloid hair serum frozen

    When I received the veloid package and opened it, it was frozen. Can the product go bad when it freezes? Right now there are "frost clumps" at the bottom. What should I do, just let it thaw and can the product go bad?

      Hi, Thank you for your question! 🩷 The jojoba oil contained in the oil reacts sensitively to cold and starts to solidify at just +6 °C. However, you don’t need to worry about this, as solidification does not affect the product's quality or effectiveness. ☺️ The oil returns to normal at room temperature in about a couple of hours. A note about this has been added to the product page!
