Meh... Totally okay, but not a favorite
Great with SPF50, and yes, it gives a nice glow. Unfortunately, it’s way too “tinted” for my pale skin. Then the skin feels oily afterward in some way... So no, not my favorite, but not a bad product. The review was conducted on behalf of Smartson – the tester got to try the product for free. #Smartson #Garnier1 product in post Meh... Positively surprised!
Oh, I was really positively surprised by this! Quite thick and different in texture (long-lasting!), but it sits incredibly nicely on the skin. Works really well under makeup, which is a plus – no primer needed. Also perfect as an overnight mask. My skin is very sensitive, but I have no problems with this cream, rather the opposite. Soft and pleasant result! The only downside is that it has a somewhat strong scent. P.S. Very good, but somewhat strong scent
This is the first facial toner I've tried that actually removes my waterproof mascara, which is GREAT. Otherwise, I feel that my skin feels hydrated and soft after use. I have very sensitive skin but haven't had any unpleasant reaction after using this for a couple of weeks. Big plus for the bottle, which is made from recycled plastic. The ONLY downside is the scent; it's a bit too strong for my taste. P.S. Nice color, but not very moisturizing
First and foremost: incredibly nice color (601 Worth it)! I'm not really a lipstick person, so a subtle color suits me perfectly. However, the applicator itself is not the best; it usually picks up way too much product, and it doesn't feel very hygienic. Unfortunately, I don't find the "serum" very moisturizing, rather the opposite. I apply a bit of rich cream (Decubal Lips and Dry Spots) on top for it to work for me. Still want to give three stars just because the color suits me perfectly! Very good, but not the best
I have now tested "the whole series" (Kérastase Gloss Absolu shampoo, conditioner, and hair oil) a few times, and I am positively surprised. I have VERY LONG hair (down to my thighs) and a sensitive scalp, so it’s far from all hair products that suit me - hence I often have quite low expectations for new products I test. My scalp has not reacted at all to the shampoo, which is already a win! All products are easy to apply, and the shampoo lathers well (important!). After using the whole series, my hair is soft, easy to comb, and feels very fresh. The oil gives just the right shine and is probably my favorite of the three products. It feels kind of "lighter" than other oils I’ve tested, and my hair doesn’t get greasy. The conditioner is absolutely good, but it doesn’t beat my favorite Goldwell Dualsenses Just Smooth (TIP!). The shampoo smells relatively strong "perfumed floral", but still good. The conditioner has the same, but somewhat milder, scent. That’s how I imagine a slightly fancier hair salon smells (haha). The hair oil has a slightly different scent from the others, but smells the best in my opinion! The products are definitely worth trying, but they get a minus for the high price and for not being cruelty free. Great brush, intense black color, no clumps/flakes
I got to test the Lash Idôle Flutter Extension for free via Smartson. Personally, I would probably never buy a mascara that costs over 200 kr, so it definitely gets a minus for the price. Aside from the price tag, this is a really good mascara. The brush is thin, flexible, and makes it easy to apply the mascara. The color is truly intensely black and lasts all day. I naturally have quite long lashes, but they are pale. Whether the mascara provides any direct lengthening is hard to say, but it gives the impression of it. Just as the description states, I have managed to avoid clumps and flakes, and I have been using the mascara for about 2 weeks. For those looking for a volumizing mascara that can be built up in multiple layers, this is probably not the right mascara. For me, however, who prefers mascaras focused on length/separation and that stay where they should all day, this is a top mascara. Really nice packaging too - always nice to have a little everyday luxury. The only downside is, as mentioned, the price.1 product in post Great brush, intense black color, no clumps/flakes461 views - The post was made 1 yearsRating: 5 out of 5
Really good!
I normally only use gel polish with a UV lamp, but got the chance to test Essie Gel Couture for free via Smartson. I have quite uneven nails, but the result turned out incredibly smooth and nice! I painted two layers with color (Bubbles only) and one layer of top coat. The brush is wide, which I love! The color dries relatively quickly, but thanks to the brush, it doesn't require many strokes to get it looking nice. The top coat is thick, and makes it really look like "real" gel polish. Very shiny and nice surface. After 10 days, the polish started to look worn, see picture. However, I am a parent of small children, am in the middle of a renovation at home, and work as a primary school teacher, so my nails endure quite a lot daily = I would say the durability is very good. Not quite in the class of "real" gel polish, but close. What I like best about my regular gel polish is that the nails become very hard, and I must say that this gives ALMOST as good a result. Two clear advantages of Essie Gel Couture (compared to "real" gel polish) are: 1. It is SO much faster to use since it doesn't require a UV lamp after each layer. 2. It can be removed with regular nail polish remover. So, I am considering starting to buy more shades of this actually. Really good! Compared to other "regular" nail polishes, this absolutely gets 5 out of 5! :)1 product in post Really good!1237 views- The user's roll: Lyko Creator.
