I also train at home, it's practical and nice. I'm probably not the kind of person who overdoes training. I have a spinning bike, treadmill, different weights, and then I have weights that you can wear on your legs and arms, I wear them when I'm on the treadmill. Or I go out for a tougher walk. I'm not looking to build muscles, but to keep my body in shape. I like to jump rope. Trust me, it has a positive effect. I have a jump rope that's just for training. It provides good coordination, balance, weight, etc.
Just the kids should think it's fun to move. I thought about this when I got pregnant, I wanted to be flexible, to be with or without kids, when they were lying down and sleeping, I trained. I made sure I had energy when my little rascals woke up. So for me, it was often after dinner that I made sure to wash, clean up. Then the kids were full, content. Then I had time for that.
Hence my own time in the morning, to get the little things done.
