How do you calculate the rating here? It shows an average of 1.5 when 6 out of 9 have given 5 stars. We calculate the average based on the actual product reviews, but also include data such as how old the review is and whether the user has purchased the product from us (verified buyer) in the calculation 🙏 Reviews from us who work at Lyko are not included in the overall average.
