I have really dry scalp now as we start to head into fall. I want to buy this but I was a bit curious about what you meant by Emulgera. Is there an extra product I should add to get it in, or is it just to massage it out? Should you have a really clean scalp before applying this type of detox, or is it just as good to have washed your hair 2 times before? And then how do you do with conditioner? The comment was made 1 monthHey Frida! 💛 By emulsifying, it means that you massage the mask in properly with a little water into the scalp and lengths, so that it distributes evenly and activates 💆🏼♀️ You don’t need to have a completely "detoxed" scalp beforehand – it’s enough to wash your hair twice with shampoo before applying the mask. Then the scalp is clean enough to absorb the effect 🥰 You don’t need to have conditioner beforehand, as the mask itself is both nourishing and soothing for the scalp and lengths.
