    Poor quality

    I have used this eyeliner for many years - and still do, but I think the quality has gotten much worse in the last 2 years. Actually, the product dries out quickly - can sometimes go as fast as 1 month. Which unfortunately is a waste of money. However, it is very easy to apply, well pigmented, and lasts all day.

      Hi Maja, thanks for your reply. Yes, I know this, I rather think that there are changes to the product itself that have been made since this was not the case before.
