      Hey, Thank you for your product review! I'm sorry to hear about your experience 🤦‍♀️ The waterproof formula dissolves in oil instead of water, which makes it unfortunately common for oily eyelids to get a bit of color smudged 🤯 I still recommend trying the product with primed and/or powdered eyelids! Here’s still my absolute favorite waterproof mascara that doesn’t budge all day: lyko.com/en/bbia/bbia-never-die-mascara-01-power-black
