    Don't understand/wrong product

    I don't understand anything! I don't know if this just doesn't work for me or if I got a wrong product? When I received it, it looked like it had melted on the way and was super sticky - half of the product was left in the lid. It can't be rolled on like a stick (think deodorant) because it's so soft and sticky that I have to scoop out a blob from the lid and smear it on. This doesn't work at all? It doesn't sink into the skin and doesn't prevent chafing but is sticky all day and makes my thighs kind of stick together because of the glue? I really don't understand anything. I've tried several times!
