    Difficult to use

    I really want to like this product. But I don't think it works at all. (I have thick Scandinavian hair.) My hair becomes stiff and I experience no volume :(

Try spraying on damp hair in thin sections, focusing on the roots first and blow-drying with a round brush or with your fingers. Start with a smaller amount to avoid it feeling stiff.
