Peeling off
The eye patches themselves are pretty okay. They feel cooling, especially after having them in the fridge. I personally prefer that the shape is a bit more elongated so that they are easier to place under the eye. My experience with the serum on the eye patches is that it peels off the skin and doesn't absorb.
