    Frozen Product

    Hi, I picked up my order from an outdoor package box, unfortunately it was -20 outside and the products had frozen. How does retinol react to being frozen? Do I have to discard the product or can it be used once it has thawed?🥶 Best, Emilia

      Hey Emilia 😊👋 So typical! If the consistency looks normal, you can use it. But if, for example, the formula separates, becomes clumpy, or watery, I recommend that you file a complaint via your order on your customer account 🤍
