    Wonderful!

    I have skin that easily gets red, that reacts to a lot and is extremely sensitive. I have tried a lot of Korean skincare that hasn't made a difference, but this is truly a new favorite. My skin becomes calm, it reduces redness and feels so lovely on the skin! I will continue with this 🫶🏻

    Hair Loss

    I've been using this for a while now, and every time I use it, I lose a lot of hair when I rinse it out in the shower. I leave it on for 8-10 minutes and then I do my routine, but after using this, I lose hair after I've showered. If I don't use it, I don't lose hair. Has anyone else experienced the same? Am I using it wrong?

      Hi Emilia 🤗 Thank you for sharing your experience, I understand that it feels sad when you experience hair loss after use 💗 It is not common for this to happen, and there can be various reasons for hair loss when using products that exfoliate the scalp. Sometimes it can be due to increased blood circulation or that the product is clearing away dead skin cells ✨ I recommend trying to use the product for a shorter time, maybe 5 minutes, and be extra careful when massaging it into the scalp so that it doesn't get too harsh.
