How is it that (now I'm only looking at Kérastase) these products have had a significant price hike in just 7 days before a campaign of 25% off hair care products?
Weird that a conditioner from Kérastase has gone up from $300 to $480 in a month, and in a week from $350 to $480? $130?
And a shampoo from $260 to $400?!
A bit too transparent? I was actually thinking of ordering both shampoo and conditioner, but now that I see this, no thanks. Bad from you. Very bad.

Hi Emelie 😊👋
Thank you for reaching out and for sharing your thoughts with us. I truly understand that you react when the price difference looks so large, and I will try to explain how this can happen since we do not have any price guarantee or price matching.
We purchase our products directly from official suppliers and agencies, which means we can guarantee the product's origin, authenticity, and quality. Our prices are set based on our purchasing costs, and these can vary between periods.
We do our best to offer competitive prices and good deals, but in some cases, other players may set lower prices, for example, through parallel imports or their own campaigns. We understand that this can feel frustrating, and I apologize if you felt that the price with us did not meet your expectations.
To ensure fair pricing, we of course follow the marketing regulations for price comparisons 💰💸 This means that we always show the lowest price a product has had with us in the last 30 days. We also go a step further and show the lowest price for the last 30, 90, and 360 days. This is unique to Lyko, and we hope it makes it easier for you to decide where you want to make your purchase.
The lowest price shown is a price we had during a very good campaign here in the fall.
All the best 🤍
