Melted
Very unclear what happened, when I was going to blow dry my hair today it was completely sticky from some black goo. Everything around was clean, when I was going to wipe it off I realized that it’s the color that has started to melt off. I suspect it’s because it gets so hot. Last time I used it everything looked normal, I wrapped the cord around and hung it up like I usually do. I obviously don’t use any products in my hair that would cause this. I’m very confused.Translated from swedish

Sculpting Gel
Hey. The sculpting gel only worked for a few minutes, then the brush had hardened and it resulted in a very bumpy finish. Had to file everything down. How do I avoid that? Can you "fix" it with something like acetone?Translated from swedish

This can sometimes happen if it's exposed to air or UV light during work Here are some tips you might want to consider Wipe the brush regularly on a lint-free cloth or paper during use to remove excess gel. Don't work too close to a UV lamp, as even small amounts of UV radiation can harden the gel. Screw the cap on the bottle immediately after taking gel to minimize exposure to air and light. I wouldn't recommend using acetone, as it doesn't dissolve hardened gel in a way that makes it usable again Take care!
