    Glue

How do you remove, for example, clusters with this glue without damaging or causing any natural lashes to fall off?

Hi Elly 👋 Here are some tips you can keep in mind when removing lashes or glue 🥰 Soften the glue first Hold a warm, damp compress over the eye for a few minutes. Alternatively, take a warm shower first so the steam softens the glue. Use an oil-based remover Micellar oil, cleansing balm, or regular facial oil often works well on Duo glue. Gently massage along the lash line and let the product work for a minute. Remove gently Start from the outer edge. Never pull if you feel resistance. Apply more oil/remover and wait a little longer. Clean up residue Remove remaining glue with a cotton swab and oil-based remover. What usually causes natural lashes to come off is trying to pull off the lashes or glue when it is still stuck. With Duo glue, they should usually slide off relatively easily once the glue has been properly softened 😍 Take care!
