    Terrible product

    The product stopped working after barely two years. I always take good care of my products. I've kept the straightener in a matching bag from ghd, never dropped it, not even used it daily. When I tried to make a claim with Lyko (right to claim up to three years), it didn't go through. Bad service and super disappointed with ghd's products since I had a straightener before that lasted almost ten years. DO NOT BUY!

      I have received a response that the complaint has not been approved. I will never shop from you again, and I have been a loyal customer for several years.
