    Caused skin issues

    I went to the Lyko store without makeup and asked for help choosing a serum. I started using this because it was supposed to calm red skin. For me, it caused super bad skin issues after less than a week of use, and now, after more than a month of not using it, I still haven't gotten rid of the red pimples and overall red skin.😞 My skin has always been in good condition, so I'm upset about buying this product. After this, I had to see a dermatologist and start a medication course.

      Hi Ella, Thank you for sharing your situation – I understand well that this has been really upsetting for you ❤️ It’s unfortunate to hear that the serum caused such strong reactions on your skin, especially since your skin was previously in good condition. Our store staff is very knowledgeable and does their best when recommending products, but unfortunately no one can ever guarantee how an individual’s skin will react 💕 Every skin is unique, and sensitive skin can sometimes react unexpectedly, even if the product is designed to soothe and care. Since this is a product intended for sensitive skin but still caused strong reactions, I recommend stopping use completely and allowing your skin to calm down. If the redness and pimples have not eased after more than a month’s break, it would be good to consult a dermatologist or cosmetologist so they can assess the situation and recommend appropriate treatment 😊
