Lovely product! I've been using all soft shampoo and conditioner for a year now, occasionally trying other products but always returning to this one. I originally bought the product for my mom, she has finer hair than I do and found the product too "harsh" for herself. I have thick curly hair and this product has made it easier to manage my hair and reduced frizz. Has there been a change in the product's production?
Has something happened in the product's production, or did I just get a bad piece? I bought this product that my friends have been raving about, and the first time I used it, I found it to be absolutely terrible. My whole hair became completely stiff, it felt unpleasant and dirty. It was as if I had rolled around in seawater and sand😭. At that time, my friends and I thought maybe I used too much product, and I decided to try again, but the same unfortunate result awaited. I gave the product to a friend who later sent me a message and asked where on earth I bought the product and that it is not the same as her k18 dry shampoo, she said that the hair becomes much coarser and that the product's consistency doesn't feel the same, she also mentioned that the surface of the packaging doesn't feel the same. It doesn't work
For me, this was a miss. The product makes the hair stick together and makes it look like washing is absolutely necessary😂 I also tried the product on not-so-dirty hair, intending to freshen up hair that was washed yesterday, but the fate was the same, dirty-looking and a sticky feeling in the hair. I have now tried the product in different "dirtiness stages", air-drying and blow-drying as well as in different amounts, but this is not getting better😭 I ordered k18 dry shampoo after this✨1 product in post It doesn't work54 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. Is it true that 1/4 of the product is missing? Annoying gap between the plates
It definitely creates an annoying situation for those with thin hair, as there's an annoying gap between the plates unless you squeeze them (properly) together. I contacted the manufacturer, and they said it's supposed to be like that. It annoys me how large sections of hair you have to take at once, and it feels like the result is therefore not satisfactory.
