    Did not live up to expectations

    Had high hopes for this product but it gave no results at all on my hair. After home bleaching, I had some "hot roots" and hoped this would neutralize the orange tones. But it looks exactly the same as before even after the maximum processing time.

      Hi Elin 👋 This product is mainly made to remove yellow tones, and it doesn't affect orange tones as much. To get rid of the orange tones after bleaching, blue pigments work better, so try a deep cleansing shampoo first and then a blue shampoo like Fanola Wonder No Orange or Matrix Brass Off. That usually works wonders on coppery "hot roots"! 😊
