    Pleasant and nice scent

    I have rosacea and dry, sore skin that can get warm and throbbing, and I struggle to find skincare products I can tolerate, but this one works fine. It doesn’t dry out my skin, and it also removes waterproof mascara without my eyes feeling sore afterward. I give it a 4 because Helena Rubinstein’s cleansing milk is a bit better and more nourishing (but unfortunately much more expensive), but otherwise very satisfied! I also like that you can buy refills for this.

    Drying - rosacea

    This was recommended for my sore and dry skin with rosacea, but unfortunately my skin became tight and dry, and it got worse every day I used it. (I am now using Clarins Velvet Cleansing Milk which works better, and also removes waterproof mascara without completely drying out the skin around the eyes.)

    Almost like a serum

    Provides good moisture around the eyes. I have also used it on my face, have very sensitive and delicate skin.

    Did nothing

    I have colored, typically fine Nordic hair that quickly becomes dry and greasy, and after 1 week of use this serum unfortunately did nothing for my hair. I wanted a serum that wouldn’t weigh down or make my hair greasy, but would treat dryness and split ends. This serum just sat on top, and my hair is still just as dry. It gets 2 stars because it didn’t make my hair greasy or sticky.

    "Ash" tones down orange and yellow hues

    I have tried several similar products and this one (color "Ash") clearly works best on my light Nordic hair with fine/thin but dry strands, and a tendency for oily scalp. I have quite a bit of red pigment that shows when I lighten or bleach my hair, and this gives a nice toning effect while also conditioning my hair.

    Good for sensitive skin

    Leaves my skin soft and is not drying. It does not remove waterproof eye makeup, but all other makeup comes off. The only cleansing milk/cream my rosacea skin tolerates.

    Not what it promises

    My skin is drying out and becoming tight and stiff. I've used it for about a week and my skin gets drier and drier every day. It's also not particularly good at removing regular makeup, compared to other cream/milk makeup removers I've tried. I bought it because I have rosacea and IT Cosmetics' products are supposed to help with this, and the only positive thing about this product is that it doesn't activate my rosacea, so it gets 1 star.
