Disappointed
I chose this shampoo because it was described as healthier and stronger, but unfortunately it has had the opposite effect. After using it a couple of times, my hair has become unusually dry, coarse, greasy right after washing, or I've gotten an itchy scalp]. I haven't changed anything else in my hair care routine and have followed the product's instructions.
