    Completely dry. Stored it upside down overnight and shook it before use, but no difference. Hardly anything happened.

      Hi Daniella! 😊 How crazy that sounds! 💗 If it feels dry, you can try storing it with the tip down just like you did, and make sure the cap is on tight. Shake it for 10–15 seconds, and gently press against a tissue a few times to get the color to flow. If it’s still dry after that, please make a claim via My Pages or the Lyko app. Attach a short video or photos showing the problem, as well as the batch number on the product, and we will definitely take a closer look at this! 🙏🏻 Wishing you a really nice day! 🥰
