Bad packaging
Won’t repurchase. For a relatively expensive serum, the packaging is really bad. The rubber of the dropper is hard and it’s difficult to lift any product out of the bottle. The dropper is also thick and and long, making it hard to stick it back in the bottle without getting the product in the threads and outside the bottle. The bottle doesn’t have a plastic insert to scrape out the excess product from the outside of the dropper, which means that most the product is actually stuck outside the dropper not inside. Unexceptionable. The product itself seems ok after a few days of use. Contains alcohol though, and leaves the skin tacky if that’s something you worry about.
