    Unfortunately...

This is the third time's the charm. But unfortunately, it didn't go right this time either. Bought three different shades in-store and got help from staff each time. The last time, I felt the staff were unsure and inexperienced but very helpful in every way!♡ My goal is to cover my white areas, to make it look as natural as possible, and to have a soft regrowth. Tried 7-00 which was way too dark, then 8-46 which was way too light (saw no difference before and after and couldn't cover the white at all). This time it was carrot cake with a hint of strawberry. The color covers the white (positive!) but is not golden at all, rather red. Feeling a bit hopeless at the moment but will give the product a fourth chance as the consistency is very good and easy to work with, and I feel it doesn't damage the hair but gives nice shine and luster. Lyko, do you have any suggestions?

    Love!

I've been looking for a new mascara for a long time and this one is fantastic! I've received tons of compliments and questions about which mascara I'm using since I started with this one. I used Max Factor before, but they stopped making my favorite. Now I don't need to look anymore :) I've already bought another one as a backup. I start by removing excess mascara from the brush, otherwise it gets mostly clumpy. I first use volume, let it dry (takes a while, the only negative) and then I twist for length. I do this because the volume area on the brush twists the brush while the bristles become straight for length. When the bristles are straight, I feel like they don't pull on the lashes when they already have mascara on them. After that, I can build a third layer if I want even more wow effect. I wear contact lenses and this mascara doesn't affect them, either while I have the mascara on or after both lenses and mascara are gone. The mascara is easy to remove. I use Emma S. melting cleansing balm (lyko.com/sv/emma-s/emma-s.-cleansingmelting-cleansing-ba) or Clinique naturally gentle eye makeup remover (lyko.com/sv/clinique/clinique-naturallygentle-eye-makeup-re?fromsearch=clinique+naturally+gentle+eye+makeup+remover+75+ml&suggestionFor=clinique+nat&suggestionList=suggestions). The negatives are that 1. it takes time to dry and 2. it sometimes settles on the waterline at the lower lash line. But all the positives outweigh!
