Not quite sure
My friends have commented that my hair has grown out since I started using this (broke after bleaching). But I have used many other products as well, since my hair got damaged from bleaching, so I don't know if it has helped with hair growth. I like the product, so I give it 4 stars. The downside is the smell. UPDATE My hair has definitely grown out since I started using this serum!
