I was really looking forward to finally trying Maria Nila after my favorite shampoo and conditioner were discontinued. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge disappointment.
I have bleached, thick hair that easily gets oily, but I usually tolerate most things. I never had issues with dryness or itching, but since I tried this shampoo-conditioner combo, my scalp has gone bananas with folliculitis and itching. I'm still struggling with it even after I stopped using the products.
Aside from the major problem I encountered, I didn't find that the products themselves made a big difference for my hair in terms of color or shine. I also felt like I needed to use more product than I wanted for it to "get into" the hair and clean it.
Very sad when I've really wanted to try Maria Nila's products for a long time since I've heard so many good things and that they are vegan, an important factor for me when choosing beauty products.
