    This is not a good mascara. It is definitely waterproof, or there is something wrong with it. It was almost impossible to get it off with makeup remover. Wasted money - Urban Decay is perfect in comparison.

      No thanks. What would have worked is a lady in the store who sought solutions and didn’t just say she couldn’t help because it was opened. Goodness, can one be less considerate? If the product doesn’t work as promised - and it didn’t, in any way - then you offer another one. You don’t dump the responsibility on the customer.
