Works great on the hair, but
I’m not sure if I’ve received a faulty model, but mine doesn’t stay in the locked position. I’ve just used mine for the first time and the barrel fell out multiple times just from releasing the clamp. This is really dangerous as both parts get really hot during use and I’m very lucky not to have burned myself yet.

  Hi Chole 😃💜 I've checked this out, and to keep the barrel securely locked, make sure the button at the top is pushed up. You may need to wiggle it gently until you hear a click - that click means it's locked in place. To unlock, just press the button below.
