I just got the mask home and want to combat fine lines and acne, so I want to use red and blue light. But I can't figure out the rules around it. Start a little slow and feel on your skin how it feels after/the next day. They recommend 10-15 minutes per session, so not more than that. Wishing you a nice Friday and weekend 🌸
