    Dry mascara

    I usually use this mascara, but this time it was super dry. The packaging was sealed, but when I opened and used it, hardly anything came on the lashes because it was so dry. Could it be a new formula that is supposed to be like this, or did I get one that is messed up?

      Hi. It was bought in a store in another city. And unfortunately, I don't have the opportunity to go there again for a while. 🫣
