    Hi! If I experience that the shampoo and conditioner smell weird after a wash. Can I then return the product?😋 I feel that just opening and smelling it makes them smell a bit strange…

      Hi Casandra 😊👋 If you suspect that something is wrong with the product, you can register a complaint on your customer account so that our complaints department can take a closer look at it 🤍 Go to lyko.com/en or use our app and follow the steps below👇 - Log in to your account - Click on the icon MY PAGES - Then select Order history (lyko.com/en/my-pages/order-history) - Click on the current order number for the items you want to complain about - Click on the icon COMPLAINT - Fill in the quantity and reason for the complaint in the text box under the selected product - Choose from the dropdown how you would like to be compensated for an approved complaint - Confirm by clicking SEND (You will receive feedback within 24 hours 💌) All the best 🤍
