Is it common for hair to feel dirty?

My hairdresser recommended this kit since we have our own well with iron. But I feel like my hair gets greasy, smells bad, and feels dirty even after washing. The only time it feels clean is if I use the small sachets. We have a filter in the shower as well as lime and iron filters installed in the house. Is it common for it to feel like this? I've also tested the shampoo in places other than home, as my hairdresser recommended, to see if it was only the water at home causing this. But it's the same everywhere. Best regards, Carolina

Hi Carolina! 👋🏼😊 What you’re experiencing is actually quite common when you start removing minerals and metals from hard water 🤗 Hair can feel heavier or greasy before it "releases" buildup. The shampoo in the series does its job removing the minerals, but if the conditioner is too heavy, it can still make the hair feel "greasy" after washing. I think you can continue with the shampoo and try swapping the conditioner for a lighter option that doesn’t weigh the hair down lyko.com/sv/waterclouds/waterclouds-volume-conditioner-250ml so you keep the cleansing but get a softer, airier result ✨ Hope this helps, have a great day 💌

Hello Carolina 👋😊 With your own well water containing a lot of iron and minerals, hair can really feel heavy and smell metallic, so you are not alone 🩷 Please continue to use the small sachets regularly and try double cleansing with shampoo to properly remove the mineral buildup. Also avoid heavy leave-ins and styling products until the hair feels reset. Hope this helps your hair feel fresh again! 🌟🥰
