Wrong color? This is not blonde!
I have used Loreal Casting Creme Gloss 810 Pearly Blonde several times and gotten a very good result. I am blonde with some dark and quite a bit of gray. It has always removed the gray and the blonde has always become a bit lighter. Now I don’t know what happened, because this time the whole hair turned brown!!! Don’t understand what happened. I noticed after a few minutes that there were brown spots on the towel, which has never happened before. Was there the wrong color in the box? Don’t know what to do but I am so disappointed and wonder if I can do highlights to make it lighter? I am so disappointed and don’t like it at all.
