I'm sorry to hear that you've experienced red, irritated skin while using the product. It sounds like you might be allergic to some of the ingredients in this product, so I would recommend doing a patch test with any products going forward to prevent allergic reactions and similar issues. This cream contains a number of fats and oils that are not recommended for active acne-prone skin. With continuous use, there may be a clogging of the pores, which can lead to breakouts of impurities.
