Hi!
I previously bleached and highlighted my hair two years ago but have since dyed it brown to cover it. Usually, my friend does it since she’s studying to be a hairdresser, but now she can’t help anymore. She thinks she previously used color touch in 5/0 or maybe 5/1, but the professional version to dye my hair (see pictures for before and after). The only color touch I have seems like a home version or box dye, which I don’t really dare to use since when I used it before, my hair went PITCH BLACK and it sticks to my roots or uncolored hair, plus when it washed out, that’s when my hair started to get red tones.
As you can see from the pictures, she fixed my hair twice when it turned orange and red, but now that it has become that again (see picture), I don’t know what to do.
What can I use to remove all the red tones in my hair and keep it a little light or get it to the same color as my roots (see pictures). I really don’t want to affect my roots, so I want to use something that doesn’t stick to uncolored hair😊
(I DON’T WANT IT TO TURN GREEN, graduating soon and would love for the pictures in the sun to look nice😅)

Hey! 🌞
Oh! It's a bit tricky with hair colors and shades. I really recommend doing our hair color test via the LYKO app. There you get tailored feedback on how to do it and which products to use, to get just the shade you dream of! 🤍
The ones helping you are trained hairdressers and hair experts! 😍 You can find the test via the link: lyko.com/sv/beauty-scan2
Take care! 🤍
