    TPO banned in the EU

Hi, Trimethylbenzoyl is banned in cosmetics in the EU as of September 1, 2025, because it is classified as a CMR 1B substance (carcinogenic, mutagenic, or reproductive toxic), so I wonder if this is one of the ingredients in the product. Thank you in advance for your quick response.

Hello 🌞 Thank you for reaching out and asking an important question! The substance that will be banned in cosmetics in the EU from September 1, 2025, is trimethylbenzoyl diphenylphosphine oxide – so it’s not exactly the same as what is listed on the INCI list for this product. We obviously follow all applicable laws and regulations, and our products are continuously updated to ensure they are safe and compliant with EU regulations 🌍✅ Have a great day!
