    Moisturizing 💦

    A moisturizing serum for the skin under the eyes. Use first, wait a few minutes, and then apply eye cream on top to seal in the moisture. However, it doesn't do much for puffiness and tiredness. But it can smooth out fine lines caused by dryness. Totally okay. More usable during winter when colder weather can dry out the skin. There are better eye serums, but they cost a bit extra. So overall, it's a good budget option. 👍
