Recurring favorite!

Good but strong smell

Great budget option!
Definitely worth the money if you're looking for a cheap variant. Holds up okay, but if you, like me, just want to fill in certain parts of the eyebrow without shaping anything, then it's definitely approved! A little downside for the soft brush that doesn't really brush through the brow properly.
