    Without sealing?

    Mine came without sealing and closure. Is it common to receive body mist bottles without that? Packaged like fabric softener in the store. Can it be returned or exchanged for another product?

    Received a used makeup product

    This is disgusting. Just opened the packaging and I see this. You can literally see fingerprints on the powder. Should a newly purchased makeup product also have brush strokes on the actual makeup?? The packaging has visible signs that it was already opened. The tape that should have sealed the packaging is also miraculously gone, before I even took it out of the box. Serious hygiene issues... if I had been a tad more gullible with your products, I would have applied it to my face without looking – as if an unknown person has used it🤬
