      Hey Andrea 💫 Thank you so much for your feedback! 🖤 What you’re experiencing with clumps and fallout is due to the mascara containing volumizing fibers – these can settle on the brush and feel like clumps, and the “loose” that appears is the fibers meant to provide length. This is completely normal for the product. To achieve a more even result, we recommend: -Wiping off a bit of product on the edge of the tube before application -Working in thin layers -Going through the lashes with a clean brush between layers We do understand that this mascara feels different from traditional mascaras, and we appreciate your honest feedback 💛 Wishing you a great day ahead! ✨
