Hi, a question, can you add oat oil to the cream?

Hi Amalia, Thank you for your question 💛 Oat oil can definitely be used with day cream, but we do not recommend mixing it directly into the cream. When products are mixed together, their texture changes and, for example, the SPF protection of the cream can be weakened. The best way to use oat oil is to apply the day cream first on clean skin and let it absorb for a moment. After this, you can add a few drops of oat oil to your face to finish the treatment and lock in moisture. Oat oil is also wonderfully soothing and generally suits sensitive skin well 🥰 Hope this helps! 💕

    Acne

Is this product suitable for atopic acne, especially if using crystal retinal serum, or is that too much?

Hi Amalia! Thanks for your question ✨ This cream is suitable for acne-prone skin, and vitamin C used in the morning routine works well, even if you use retinal in the evenings. If atopic skin is sensitive, I recommend trying the cream first on a small area and making sure the atopic skin does not react badly to it 🩷

Does this product suit acne skin

Hi, I have three questions 1. Does this product suit acne skin? 2. Can this product also be used as regular C vitamin in the morning? 3. Can I use it if I have Medik8 Retinal serum in my evening routine?

Hey Amalia! Thanks for your questions 🥰 The product mainly consists of plant oils and squalane. Squalane is lightweight and non-comedogenic, and it often suits acne-prone skin as well. However, some plant oils contain a lot of fatty acids, which may feel too rich for some acne-prone skin types. For very easily clogged skin, I would recommend caution and testing the product on a small area of skin first ✨ The product does not contain actual vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid or its derivatives), but the antioxidant effect comes from the plant oils and vitamin E (tocopherol). It does not replace an actual vitamin C serum, although it can provide similar effects on the skin 🥰 The product does not contain active ingredients that would react with retinal. The oil can help soothe and hydrate the skin in connection with the use of retinal 😊
