Cooler Hair
Hey! I had bleached my hair blonde but felt it was a hassle to constantly bleach the roots. So I put in a brown color, but now it has turned into a warmer/a bit orange color over time, so I was thinking of toning it a bit cooler / Ash. Would this be good for that?
