      Hey Zahid! I probably wouldn't recommend LHA for a 13-year-old, as it is more suited for mature skin. For younger skin, there are milder alternatives that are gentler and better suited for teenage skin! Instead, I would recommend this one since it doesn't contain any acids lyko.com/sv/cetaphil/cetaphil-gentle-skincleanser-236ml Take care!
