    Disappointment

    Feels tight on the lips and the gloss ends up far down on the chin after a couple of hours. The gloss disappears quickly and only the color is so sticky that the lips stick together. This is not the quality I'm used to from NYX…

    Incredibly dry

    For a shampoo that is meant for blonde hair, you wouldn't believe it dries out bleached hair so much, but the hair felt dry like hay after each use…
